By accessing the mmbd website at mmbd.bet, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, promotion, or betting activity offered on the platform, you ("the User", "you", "your") enter into a binding legal agreement with mmbd ("mmbd", "we", "us", "our") and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

3.1 Registration Information

3.2 Account Security

3.3 KYC Verification

mmbd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a pattern of activity that triggers internal compliance checks. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension. Accounts verified as belonging to politically exposed persons (PEPs) or individuals subject to financial sanctions may be subject to enhanced due diligence or closure.

All transactions on the mmbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mmbd does not apply currency conversion fees to BDT-denominated accounts. 4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with the mmbd platform's software or security systems
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions

mmbd employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, mmbd reserves the right to act immediately without prior notice to the user.

All content on the mmbd platform — including but not limited to the mmbd brand name, logo, website design, typography, graphics, software, game interfaces, text content, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of mmbd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mmbd platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any mmbd content without prior written consent
• Use the mmbd brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent
• Create derivative works based on mmbd platform content or game interfaces
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the mmbd platform by automated means

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing arrangements with mmbd. mmbd does not grant any rights over third-party game content beyond what is necessary for you to play those games through the mmbd interface.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your mmbd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your wallet will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within five business days. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Closure

If you request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — mmbd will process the closure immediately and will not send you any marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period. The minimum self-exclusion period is six months. Requests to reopen an account before the expiry of a self-exclusion period will not be processed.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. mmbd reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant account balances after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached, in accordance with the fee schedule published in the platform's Cashier section. mmbd will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, administrative, or for cause — your licence to use the mmbd platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature survive termination (including intellectual property rights, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability) shall continue to apply after closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mmbd's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your mmbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mmbd is not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; loss of profits, revenue, or data; losses arising from third-party payment processor failures; losses arising from game software errors that are identified and corrected; or losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through mmbd's internal complaints procedure should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. mmbd commits to providing a written response to all formal complaints within five business days.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and mmbd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
